Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in accounting, 2-5 years of experience in public accounting, and is licensed as a CPA or actively working toward that certification.  A Senior Accountant performs and supervises various parts of financial statement engagements as well as business and individual tax returns.  Experience in auditing and financial statement preparation is preferred.  As part of our BSB team, a successful candidate enjoys many intangible benefits including work-life balance, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Staff Accountant

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in accounting and is either qualified to sit for the CPA exam upon graduation or is actively working toward that qualification.  The candidate must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.  Staff Accountants are responsible for performing various parts of financial statement audits and other similar engagements as well as business, individual, and non-profit tax return preparation.
